Job Description:
Must have skills: Application support / Oracle POS Lead
Provide progress updates to senior managers
Collaborate with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
Perform Debugging of any server issues that directly or indirectly impact application performance
Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue
Coordinate with the design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues
Knowledge of Cloud based software systems a plus
Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
Troubleshoot and rectify application issues
Well versed in Communication, Support process, Review logs, Generate report
